Andrew has been a pastor for over 15 years and has worked with a number of large and small not-for-profits in the area of Strategic Planning. He has a Master of Arts in Christian Theology and is currently the Lead Pastor of Bethany Community Church. Andrew is passionate about helping other leaders discern their preferred future, recognize blindspots, develop a plan, and take risks based in faith.
